For patient convenience, pre-registration is available. Patients may pre-register by phone by calling (870) 261-0412. Please have your insurance information available when you call. If pre-registering in person, the Registration Office is located on the first floor of the Hospital and is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Please bring your insurance cards and a photo ID.
After hours and on weekends, admissions and outpatients must register in the Emergency Department located on the 2nd level.
