Nancy Warren named FCMC employee of the year

(March 6, 2009) Forrest City, AR - Forrest City Medical Center has named Nancy Warren as employee of the year. Warren was chosen employee of the year by her peers and has been employed with the hospital since 1959.

According to the Brett Kinman, CEO of Forrest City Medical Center, “I am very excited about Ms. Nancy being named employee of the year for our facility.  Ms. Nancy is a dedicated and caring employee who has worked for the facility close to 50 years.  I do not believe we could have picked a more appropriate individual at our facility”.

With being named Forrest City Medical Center’s employee of the year, Warren was invited to a weekend visit to Nashville. While in Nashville, Warren lodged at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and attended a banquet with other honorees and was given her employee of the year award and many congratulations upon her fifty years of dedicated service to the hospital and to the community. Also, Warren  watched Ricky Skaggs, Little Jimmy Dickens and other Grand Ole Opry members perform at the Ryman theater.

On being named employee of the year, Warren said, “I am grateful to the staff of the hospital for selecting me as their employee of the year.”

In addition to the employee of the year, Penny Davis was named non-clinical manager of the year, and Randy Northcutt was named clinical manager of the year at Forrest City Medical Center.
