Forrest City Medical Center received good news on its in-patient satisfaction survey results from HealthStream Research. Based on the results of the survey, Forrest City Medical Center increased its scores by 14 percentage points in overall satisfaction (overall care and services received by patients) and overall rating of the hospital (HCAHPS-Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems). Also, Forrest City Medical Center increased its rating for "willingness to recommend" Forrest City Medical Center by eight percentage points. All these scores are above the national normal levels.
