Our Physical Therapy department is committed to providing quality care with an active approach, and committed to patient rehabilitation from chronic disease, physical injury or deterioration. Our motivated staff of licensed physical therapists aims to restore physical independence by utilizing advanced therapy techniques. From high school athletes to senior citizens, from stroke patients to patients injured on the job – at Forrest City Medical Center, our staff is qualified to treat patients in all age groups with a variety of conditions.

Physical therapy is the health profession that focuses on the evaluation, management, and prevention of disorders of human motion.
Physical Therapy includes:

  • activities of daily living training
  • hand therapy
  • manual therapy/mobilization massage therapy
  • orthotic and prosthetic training
  • pain reduction
  • sport and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • strengthening and range of motion

We also offer individualized treatment programs for:
